Great experience with kids1st urgent care! Provider arrived within an hour after calling. Testing and results were completed within 15 minutes. Lisa Marie was very caring, patient and compassionate with my children, who were very happy throughout the whole experience. We will definitely use kids 1st again.

The staff members were incredibly compassionate and professional, making my child feel at ease during what can be a stressful time. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure my child received the best care possible.

And to top it all off, they are open after hours until midnight! This was a lifesaver for our family, as my child started feeling sick late in the evening. Knowing that we could get help without having to wait until the next day was such a relief.

From the moment I spoke with Michael, I knew we were in capable hands. Michael swiftly arranged for a provider to come to our home, equipped with everything needed to assess our son, even bringing along stickers to ease his worries. Thanks to their thorough evaluation, we received clearance for our morning flight.

Additionally, the efficiency of the respiratory panel test was remarkable; we had results the same night, conveniently uploaded to their portal. When we visited our pediatrician the next day, she commended us for bringing the panel results, emphasizing their importance for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Both of our girls had become really sick and having recently had a poor experience at an urgent care near the house, we decided to try out Kids 1st and we are so glad we did. Our girls were able to comfortably rest at home while waiting for our scheduled appointment time instead of anxiously and uncomfortably in a waiting room.
