Kids 1st Urgent Care provides mobile, after-hours, concierge quality, urgent pediatric medical care for common Illnesses and minor injuries, serving children 3 months to 18 years without chronic underlying medical conditions that require specialized care. We are private pay only and do not accept insurance.

What to expect when you contact Kids 1st Urgent Care
Your call will be attended to by an experienced pediatric emergency medicine triage nurse, who will gather information regarding your child's age, medical history, and current illness or minor injury complaint.
Following Kids 1st Protocols, the triage nurse will assess whether your child's medical history and current condition are appropriate for urgent medical attention from our Kids 1st providers.
Your contact details and location will be forwarded to a Kids 1st Provider. Our objective is to dispatch a medical provider to your location within one hour of your call. Please note that high-demand periods and local events may occasionally result in extended arrival times beyond our standard one-hour commitment. The Kids 1st Provider assigned to you will communicate their estimated arrival time and notify you promptly of any unexpected delays.
The triage nurse will facilitate access to our patient portal, where all of your child's records and test results will be conveniently available to you.
Please be advised that Kids 1st Urgent Care operates on a private pay basis only. We do not accept or process insurance claims. However, detailed invoices for your child's care are provided upon request. You may choose to submit these invoices to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement or to apply toward your deductible.
Rest assured, once you call Kids 1st Urgent Care, your child becomes our top priority. No need to worry about leaving home, bad weather, or traffic. Our provider will arrive shortly. We are open late and ready to care for your child when other urgent cares are closed.

If our providers determine that your child's illness or injury requires a higher level of care, we will assist you in finding the most suitable emergency department. We will notify a provider at that facility to ensure your child's arrival is anticipated. Kids 1st Urgent Care will inform your child's pediatrician of our evaluation and recommendations. We will be available to address any questions or concerns you may have throughout this process. At Kids 1st Urgent Care, we always provide exceptional, compassionate, and personalized care with a concierge touch, treating your child as if they were our own and ensuring their wellbeing.
