Kids 1st Urgent Care was co-founded by Michael Caschette, RN, BSN, MBA and Lisa Marie Ray, PA-C, MSPAS who want to transform the delivery of healthcare to children in their community. After years of working in classic pediatric emergency settings, Michael and Lisa Marie developed a passion for providing exceptional in home urgent pediatric medical care. They desire for each child to receive the highest level of medical care in a timely manner in the comfort of their environment.

Together, Michael and Lisa Marie created Kids 1st Urgent Care to provide convenient, on-demand medical services tailored specifically to children. Their team of dedicated professionals brings decades of experience and a patient-centered approach to every visit, ensuring that each child receives the highest level of care in the most supportive environment possible. Michael and Lisa Marie have carefully chosen each member of the The Kids 1st Urgent Care Team. Every provider has extensive experience in pediatric emergency medicine, specialty pediatrics, or general pediatrics. Our team includes our physician medical director, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and childlife specialists. Every member of our team is dedicated to personalizing medical care to give your child the best experience possible while sick or injured. Our providers practice evidence-based medicine and follow clinical guidlelines established by the best childrens hospitals in the world and the American Academy of Pediatrics. All members of our team are certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).

Kids 1st Urgent Care always puts the wellbeing of your child as our top priority.
If our providers determine that your child's illness or injury requires a higher level of care, we will assist you in finding the most suitable emergency department. We will notify a provider at that facility to ensure your child's arrival is anticipated. Kids 1st Urgent Care will inform your child's pediatrician of our evaluation and recommendations. We will be available to address any questions or concerns you may have throughout this process. At Kids 1st Urgent Care, we always provide exceptional, compassionate, and personalized care with a concierge touch, treating your child as if they were our own and ensuring their wellbeing.
