In Miami-Dade County, we travel to all areas including: Adventura, Bal Harbour, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Cutler Bay, Dorali, Fisher Island, Kendall, Key Biscayne, Miami (Downtown), Miami Beach, Miami Shores, Midtown, Palmetto Bay, and Pinecrest.

Meet Our Team
Our co-founders, Lisa Marie Ray, PA-C, MSPAS, and Michael Caschette, RN, BSN, MBA, created Kids 1st Urgent Care to transform pediatric healthcare in their community. With backgrounds in pediatric emergency care, they saw the need for compassionate, in-home medical services. They envisioned and built a team to deliver expert care in a familiar, stress-free environment.

Born in Savannah, Georgia, Lisa Marie began her career as a physician assistant in 2005, dedicating over a decade to pediatric care at a children’s hospital. Her journey in medicine started in emergency care in North Florida, and in 2013, she moved to Miami to join a renowned team at Niklaus Children's Hospital. Over the years, Lisa Marie has built her expertise across the Emergency Department, Pediatric Surgery and Trauma, and Urgent Care Centers, consistently providing skilled and compassionate care.
Now residing in Coral Gables with her two special needs daughters, Lisa Marie brings a unique understanding of the importance of compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each child’s needs. Her personal experiences further fuel her commitment to pediatric healthcare, inspiring her to deliver exceptional service to families in her community.
With a career defined by dedication, skill, and empathy, Lisa Marie Ray continues to positively impact children and families, embodying the highest standards of professionalism and compassion in pediatric medicine.

Michael began his nursing career at Jackson Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Miami, FL, graduating in 1995. He spent nearly six years in the Emergency Department at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, FL, before becoming Nurse Manager of Emergency Services at Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children in Honolulu, HI. After returning to South Florida in 2002, Michael held various leadership positions, eventually becoming the Director of Emergency Services at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in 2009. He later earned his MBA from Florida International University’s Chapman Graduate School of Business in 2014 and went on to serve as Administrative Director at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, overseeing the Emergency Department, Trauma, and Life Flight.
In 2019, Michael transitioned from hospital settings to concierge healthcare, launching ventures in IV hydration and clinical testing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Alongside his business partner, Lisa Marie, he discovered a shared passion for merging pediatric emergency expertise with concierge medicine. After years of planning, they co-founded Kids 1st Care, where Michael is excited to bring his nearly 25 years of experience in pediatric emergency and urgent care to a new approach in children’s health.

Timothy Huber, DO

Dr. Timothy Huber began his medical career in 1989 as a pharmacist in Pennsylvania. While continuing his work as a pharmacist, he pursued medical school at Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie, FL. After completing his Emergency Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL, Dr. Huber has been a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician in South Florida for over 15 years. He is known for his calm demeanor and patient-centered approach to care. Outside of work, Dr. Huber enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and weightlifting. As the leader of our team, he is dedicated to ensuring the highest level of care at Kids 1st Urgent Care and oversees all clinical pathways. Dr. Huber is excited to lead our efforts in providing innovative , personalized, and compassionate urgent pediatric care at home.

Arletys De La Calle, PA-C
Physician Assistant

Arletys is a certified Physician Assistant with a lifelong passion for medicine. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences and continued at FIU to earn her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. A proud member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, Arletys brings over four years of experience in primary pediatric medicine.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, Arletys is deeply committed to personalized, high-quality care tailored to each child’s unique needs. Her dedication to helping families has only deepened since becoming a mother herself, and she strives to make a positive impact on the lives of her young patients and their families.
Anna R. Pelligra, APRN
Nurse Practitioner

With over 15 years of experience as a dedicated nurse practitioner, Anna has focused her entire career on caring for children. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida.
Beginning her journey in the Pediatric ICU, Anna has developed specialized expertise in pediatric hand trauma, wounds, burns, and craniofacial differences, as well as extensive experience in pediatric plastic surgery and intensive care. A member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Anna is fluent in Spanish and English, enabling her to connect with diverse families. Her commitment to compassionate, expert care shines through in her work with young patients.
Lindsey Izurieta, CPNP-PC, IBCLC

Lindsey was born and raised in a small town in Iowa and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids. Lindsey worked as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal ICU for eight years before obtaining her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO.
Since 2018, Lindsey has served as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in primary care, providing compassionate care for children from infancy to 18 years of age, handling everything from well visits to acute and chronic conditions.
Aurora Rondon, APRN, FNP-BC

Aurora, a Family Nurse Practitioner born and raised in Miami, Florida, is bilingual in English and Spanish. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at Florida International University and has over 14 years of experience in the medical field.
Aurora began her career as a Registered Nurse, spending six years in the cardiac unit and emergency department, working with adults before transitioning to pediatrics. For five years, she served in primary pediatric care in Miami Beach and Hollywood, FL, focusing on well-child visits, vaccinations, child development, and managing acute and chronic conditions.
Emergency medicine is Aurora's true passion. Currently, she works full-time in a pediatric emergency room. She is dedicated to extending her expertise to the community by offering urgent care services in the comfort of their homes.

Erin is a Certified Child Life Specialist with six years of experience at two major children’s hospitals, where she has provided comprehensive child life services across all areas, specializing in the Emergency Department and Trauma Center. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Miami and a Master of Science from Illinois State University. Erin’s passion lies in helping children and their families have positive healthcare experiences, ensuring they feel supported and prepared for future medical encounters.
Alyssa Lendic

Alyssa is a Certified Child Life Specialist with five years of experience, primarily working in the Emergency Department of a pediatric trauma center in Miami. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Child Development from the University of Central Florida and her Master of Science in Child Life from Texas Woman’s University. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys spending time outdoors at the beach or biking with her husband and their golden doodle, Tito. She is thrilled to extend her support to more families in our community!
